You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• For health and safety reasons, opened supplements, food, bars, and other consumable products are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return
Email trxlabzsupplementco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
